Evangelist Terraine L. Miles
First Lady, Commonwealth District
C.O.G.I.C. 2nd Jurisdiction, State of VA
First Lady, Fresh Anointing Cathedral
Richmond, Virginia
Evangelist Terraine L. Miles was born on April 19 to Mother Mary Elizabeth Bridges and the late Deacon Thurman Bridges, Sr. She was reared and educated in Richmond, Virginia. Here she also recieved her religious training and was nurtured by her parents and the St. Mark C.O.G.I.C., under the leadership of her former pastor, the late Supt. Clarence Dunlap.
First Lady Miles married her former youth pastor, Elder Larry C. Miles, Sr. and they are the parents of 4 children; LaToya, Danielle, Lenae, and Larry Jr. Following the Lord's directives she and Pastor Miles birthed the Word for Living Ministries C.O.G.I.C. (later named Fresh Anointing Cathedral) in the Richmond area. This ministry was relocated in November 2005 to 3001 2nd Avenue and this property was recently purchased as the new home of FAC.
A woman who accompanied her father to countless prayer revivals, her mother on mission events and convocations, as well as being an avid worshipper and music ministry leader, First Lady has received the mantle of prayer and worship from her father and mother. She has served in the past in many capacities in the church including choir member, organist, director, Sunday School teacher, prayer warrior and praise and worship leader. She currently serves as the president of the local Ladies of Excellence ministry at the Cathedral, as well as Instructor for the New Members Ministry and President of the Pastors & Elders Wives Ministry and much more that her hands finds to do.
As she leads the ministry into worship on many Sunday mornings and leads prayer revivals, First Lady Miles pours her very being into the ministry of the Kingdom of God. Operating in the gifts of the Spirit, prophesying, laying on of hands, speaking in tongues and rightly dividing the word of truth, she is not afraid to tell the enemy, 'Devil you must go, you have no place in here!!!!!!!"
In the recent days, it has been declared out of the mouths of the prophets, that this vessel shall reach the women and nations and that she possesses the maternal anointing and nurturing needed to teach, empower, correct, encourage, exhort and love them into the kingdom of God. She has accepted the call of God to do whatever He has called her to do and go wherever He directs her to go. She now proclaims her motto, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me!”, as it is written in Philippians 4:13.
